REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Pausemark timer. If you don't, here's how to send it back.
YOUR LEGAL WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (EU CONSUMERS)
Under French and EU law (Article L.221-18 of the Code de la consommation), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.
Email support@pausemark.shop within those 14 days stating you wish to withdraw. You then have 14 additional days to ship the product back. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
OUR EXTENDED 30-DAY GUARANTEE (ALL CUSTOMERS)
On top of the legal withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day return guarantee, no questions asked, to all customers worldwide. If within 30 days of receiving the product you decide it's not for you, contact us and we'll guide you through the return.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email support@pausemark.shop with your order number and a brief note ("withdrawal", "30-day return", or "defective"). Photos help for defective items.
2. We confirm and provide the return address within 2 business days.
3. Ship the product back, ideally with tracking. Keep your shipping receipt.
4. Once received and inspected (within 5 business days of receipt), we issue your refund.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCT
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
- Returned in its original condition (unused or only lightly tested).
- In its original packaging, with any accessories included.
- Free from damage caused by misuse.
Products that are clearly used, dropped, or damaged outside normal testing may be refused or refunded partially. We will explain the reason and your options.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
Return shipping is at your charge for change-of-mind returns (withdrawal or 30-day guarantee).
For defective products, products lost in transit, or wrong items shipped, we cover return shipping or replace the item at our cost.
REFUND TIMING
- Legal withdrawal: refund within 14 days of our receiving the item, using the same payment method as your original payment.
- 30-day commercial return: refund within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the item.
- Defective product: replacement shipped within 5 business days of receipt, or full refund if a replacement is not feasible.
Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit the refund visibly to your account.
LIFETIME MECHANICAL GUARANTEE
Mechanical timers are built to last decades. If the mechanism of your Pausemark timer fails under normal use at any point in its lifetime, contact us with a description and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) free of
charge. This guarantee covers the mechanism only, not cosmetic wear, drops, or water damage.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged, take photos before unpacking further if possible, and email us within 7 days. We replace damaged-on-arrival items at our cost.
