SHIPPING POLICY

Pausemark ships internationally from our warehouse partners in Asia. Here is what to expect.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and most of the European Union, with delivery times below.
If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at support@pausemark.shop and we'll let you know whether we can ship to your address.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery time includes:
- Order processing and dispatch: 1 to 3 business days.
- Transit: 9 to 13 business days, depending on your country.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays, public holidays, peak season, and force majeure events (natural disasters, postal service disruptions) may extend transit time.
CARRIERS
TRACKING
Every order is shipped with tracking. You receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order. Allow 2 to 5 days after dispatch before tracking events appear (the tracking system updates as the parcel hits
scanning checkpoints).
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, email us and we will investigate.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your country and selected method. We offer free standard shipping on orders above the threshold displayed on the Site.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union (US, UK, AU, CA, etc.), your country may apply customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.
You as the recipient are responsible for any customs charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If tracking shows no movement for 14 consecutive days, or if your parcel is marked "delivered" but you cannot find it, email us at support@pausemark.shop. We will open an investigation with the carrier within 2 business days.
If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a replacement free of charge, or refund the full order at your choice.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement at our cost or refund the order in full, at your choice.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We can update an address only if the parcel has not yet been dispatched. If you spot an error, email us immediately at support@pausemark.shop.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we contact you to arrange re-shipment (you cover the new shipping cost) or to issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
